Purpose
I have an unshakable calling to befriend and empower others. This is my life purpose. I am constantly astounded by people's resilience and sheer will to flourish even in the face of tragedy and transition. I have designed this space to share ideas, tools and resources in hopes to encourage and support you in finding clarity and self-awareness. I am eager to learn from you! I wholeheartedly believe, we ALL have something to offer.
Experience
I understand the intricacies of identity, hardship and privilege. I also have a life story laced with seasons of pain and confusion. But this is not my whole story. My voice and understanding come from lived experience and years of disciplined self-work to break free from the past in order to live a liberated life. It takes a lifetime of effort to continue revisiting and rehashing these tribulations in order to heal. For all of us. Outlook
I list these experiences not to superficially inflate my ego but to acquaint you with the multitude of perspectives that birth my work. Your inherent worthiness has nothing to do with what you produce. I am grounded in a range of social locations and because of this, I have an expansive capacity for connection and kindness. We will always be so much more than an accolade or pedigree. These fleeting achievements are mere markers of the surface life and can never reflect the richness and depth of what makes your soul come alive.
